Meditation Instruction/Facilitation

Meditation offers us a path to reconnect with our breath and its Source. It helps to regulate our nervous system and oxygenate our cells, fostering greater body awareness, and supporting recovery from burn out, anxiety, insomnia, trauma and many other forms of nervous system dysregulation.

Mindfulness Meditation for BIPOC Beginners (M2B2)

M2B2 is our introductory package. These short sessions were curated to introduce the practice of pause and presence to those who are unaccustomed to practice. Participants learn techniques that change consciousness and encourage a heightened state of awareness. With regular practice, these techniques have been shown to reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and improve mental health.

Our 8 session and 12 session packages are reasonably priced and class size is limited to 5 participants for a more intimate meditation experience.
